We are an authorized EverBetter partner. We sell EverBetter to independent practices, coordinate onboarding and data migration, provide first-line support, and handle your billing. EverBetter builds and hosts the platform.
Is this the same EverBetter platform?
Yes. You get the same EverBetter Pro and EverBetter Me, built, hosted and updated by EverBetter. The difference is who stands beside you: you buy, set up and get help through us.
How does the move from our current EHR work?
We plan it with you and EverBetter’s implementation team. Patient demographics, clinical history and billing data are extracted from your current system and mapped into EverBetter. How long it takes depends on your practice size, number of providers, data complexity and integrations, so you get a realistic plan before you sign.
Who do we contact when we need help?
Us. Open a request in your clinic portal and our team answers first. When something needs EverBetter’s engineers, we bring them in and keep you updated until it’s resolved.
How can we pay?
Monthly, annually, or prepaid for 12, 24 or 36 months. Pay by card, ACH bank debit or wire transfer, or spread a prepaid term through a third-party finance partner. Every payment runs through secure Stripe-hosted checkout or invoices.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Month-to-month is available. If you would rather commit to a year or more, or prepay a term, longer terms lower your rate.
Is our data secure, and do we get a BAA?
EverBetter is designed for HIPAA compliance and provides a Business Associate Agreement as part of every engagement. Patient records live in patient-owned Health Wallet data vaults. Please don’t send patient information through this website.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many clinicians you have and the term you choose. Show us your current EHR invoice and we’ll beat or match it for the capability compared. If we can’t, we’ll tell you plainly.
