How does beat-or-match work?
Bring your most recent invoice from your current EHR, plus anything you pay separately for a scribe, patient portal or telehealth tool. We scope EverBetter to your practice and quote a subscription that beats or matches that total for the capability compared. If we can’t, we’ll tell you plainly.
What counts as a clinician?
A licensed provider with a full clinical seat: charting, prescribing workflows, scheduling and AI documentation. Administrative and support staff accounts are included at no extra charge.
Can we add clinicians later?
Yes. Add clinicians at any time and the change is prorated for the rest of your billing period or term.
Can we start month to month?
Yes. Monthly billing with no commitment is available. Annual and prepaid terms are there when you want a lower rate.
